Title: Keyboard range bug

- set layer's lowest note to A0
- transpose the layer -2 OCT
- the lowest octave on the keyboard will not produce any notes

Yes, it's not really a bug...
Negative CVs for my VCOs are not allowed.

I understand why it works this way for CV (C3 on The River is 0V),
but why the octave below C3 doesn't work for MIDI OUT?

Also, since the lowest note of a layer is A0, how is the A0-B2 range supposed to be used?
