It is not a bug, it's a choice ;) When waveform of chorus 2 is RND or TAP, no period can be defined and no phase rotation can be calculate for CH1 and CH3.
And when CH2 is a master for CH1 and CH3, amplitude and delay for CH1 and CH3 are the same than CH2...Is this case Delay change the Phase ;)

(When CH2 is the Master) for RND and TAP, one would expect CH1 and CH3 to produce their own RND and TAP. Like when they do, when they are independent. RATE, DELAY, AMPLITUDE should be left blank.

actually it's not the case. DELAY doesn't do anything. I don't hear any phase changes.
BTW, it would make more sense to use the DELAY knob rather than the SPEED knob for changing phase. The SPEED knob should be blank, since the speed is locked.
