I created the following profile, where L4 CV goes to CV9 and L4 Gate goes to GT1.
After sending the Sysex it works and the Riverkey displays the L4 CV output assignment as 9/1.
After reboot, the Riverkey changes L4 to 6/1. After loading the profile again from the Global menu, it changes to 7/2.

Can you install and test the version 1.71. You can change CV/Gate sockets in the Layer.
I Must update Profile Manager to be compatible with this new option.
