This version fixes a major bug that caused audio boards to freeze in ADD mode at high frequencies.
It significantly reduces the "plop" noise caused by switching special effects, either when changing them or when loading a program.
This version improves upon version 1.63 and fixes a few other minor issues.

Cette version corrige un bug important qui bloquait les cartes audios dans le mode ADD avec des hautes fréquences
Elle attenue significativement le bruit "plop" lié à la commutation des effets spéciaux, lors d'une modification des effets spéciaux ou lors du chargement d'un programme.
Cette version améliore la version 1.63 et corrige quelques autres petits points
