;) Cirklon uses the note on with a velocity of 0 which should be interpreted as a note off. This is authorized by the midi standard, I had forgotten it for The Pool. I still don't see the point in the Note Off, but that's how it is  8)

Waouou ;)

But please, remove this protective film from the screen, the screen manufacturer doesn't put them on like the ones on our phones, it leaves lots of bubbles that I sometimes manage to smooth out, and the quality of the protection isn't very pleasant to the touch  ;)

Ok, well received. I haven't Cirklon for test. With Ableton Live and Arturia Seq Keyboard,no problem. Cirklon is terrible :D :D Can you test if Cirklon send noteOn with velocity=0 for noteOff equivalent ?
USB Link is just for USB. Have you connect POOL Midi Out to  Cirklon MIDI IN ? And Without this link, problem is the same ?

It can be done, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure the Pool to the wall. A Vesa bracket fixed to the wall would be a good way of securing the unit. You can also move The River forward a little to put the K&M support behind it and adjust it so that it's just above The River.

Maisonvague uses another solution ;)

What exactly do you want? This summer I'm planning to implement microtonal, perhaps even compatibility with SCALA files. Wouldn't that be enough? In terms of ergonomics, the use of encoders would be possible, but I don't see the advantage of playing the note and shifting it, playing the next note and shifting it, etc....

Thanks to both of you, it's noted, available in a future update. I'll see what I can do to get a smart list in Option ;)

Good question ... or suggestion  ;)
Today, mute does not work in the sequencer via SEQ 1..3 or the motion sequencer. Via these two tools, by modulating the ENV of the chosen VCA, it works. But the switching isn't very good. I hadn't planned to automate this.

An old-fashioned strings with two filters in series.

It's an interesting question.  Today, no, Morpher 1 and Morpher 2 are not modulable. Manual action on Morpher 2 can be replaced by action on the expression pedal, but does not modulate Morpher 2.

When designing The Pool, I always imagined the Morphers as a source of modulation, never as a destination.

But on several occasions, after fine-tuning Morpher 1 for several destinations (often VCA saturation), I've regretted not being able to modulate the whole thing simply.

What would be possible would be to propose a parameter in the sound options to replace manual action on Morpher 1, e.g. expression pedal, breath controller, classic midi CCs, and why not add modulation to the list, e.g. ENV1 modulation. If the user selects this choice, then the ENV modulation is directed to Morpher 1 and no longer to the VCA 1 envelope signal. But I think it's a bit fiddly....

If you have other ideas that combine ergonomics and feasibility, don't hesitate to post them here.

Thanks for your help Maisonvague, version 1.24 is online.

Firmwares updates, manuals / Version 1.24

Version 1.24

https://www.baloran.com/ThePool/Updates/ThePool_124.zip

All update instructions are included in the compressed file. After installation and thirty minutes after power-up, perform an autotune.

Changes :

1) Screen saver function added. The time before the screen saver is activated can be set in the system settings.

2) Much better support for Live (and certainly other software). NRPNS are perfectly managed in both directions.

I can confirm that there is a problem with the "bipolar" parameters. I think I can deal with the problem quickly, next update.
