Factory All reset does not reinstall Multis

Hello,

I'm the owner of The River with s/n 43. I installed the latest OS 1.82 and I did a Factory All reset to restore the machine back to the factory configuration.

But since then all Multis are gone, the banks are empty.

Is this a bug? Because the manual states about Factory All:

"This feature restores the entire River River "Factory" config. Sounds, Multis and Custom FX are deleted/replaced"

Anyway, I would like to have my The River restored back to the factory settings, including the multis, how do I proceed?

I tried with the The River Library Editor but I was not able to restore the multis in any way.

It's not a bug. Multi setup is a big information not compatible with size of memory.
Manual is """right""" but explanations are not very good. Factory All reset all the River but load the Firmware patch liste.

For restore initial multi, send the file "multi_usine_Lot3.syx"
For restore initial bank, send the file "usine_Lot3.syx"
