MIDI Implementation Chart
« on: July 18, 2019, 06:02:26 PM »
Bonjour / Hello

Ci-joint une version Alpha de Implémentation Midi de The River. Pour le moment, je n'ai détaillé que les actions qui affectent le son.
Si vous avez d'autres besoins concernant ces informations, merci de me l'indiquer ici ;)

Attached is an Alpha version of The River's Midi Implementation Chart. For the moment, I have only detailed the actions that affect sound.
If you have any other needs regarding this information, please let me know here ;)

Merci, Laurent!

This information will help me build a device in Max4Live to control The River using NRPNs.  8)

Without such a device, the recording and playing back of panel movements in Ableton is unpredictable. 9 times out of 10 it will lead to a hard crash of The River.

Apparently, Ableton uses an unorthodox method of filtering NRPN messages. Using Max4Live is the only workaround I'm aware of at the moment.

On the other hand, Logic Pro X is working very well for me recording and playing back panel movements.
