How to use Rivery Profile Manager v 1.50?

Hello,

I have properly set up my MIDI In and Out.
I have created a profile called falconi.
How to send it to the River?
How to call back Profiles from the Instrument?
(I think, I don't want to modify Reverkey configs...and send Config sysex-files, as far as I understand them.)

If both is not the purpose of the Profile Manager: Could you please explain what to do with it?
